adidas warrants this product, under normal usage, against defects in materials and workmanship to the original final consumer for a period of 1 (“one”) year from the date of purchase.

The warranty card delivered with the product corresponds to and is subject to the detailed terms and conditions of the adidas miCoach warranty available at www.adidas.com/miCoach

The warranty is void unless the following conditions are met:

1. Your receipt containing the purchase details must be presented when warranty service is required.
2. The adidas miCoach warranty extends only to products originally purchased from an authorized adidas retailer or from adidas’ own retail.
3. The warranty is void in case of any exclusions or limitations indicated in § 3 of the adidas miCoach warranty.
4. With regard to § 4 of the adidas miCoach warranty, the modalities of how to obtain warranty service must be followed. 

This warranty does not apply:  

• to normal wear and tear;
• to non-compliance with the precautions such as maintenance and care procedures stated in the user manual or otherwise;
• to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
• to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports,
• to damage caused by use with non-adidas products or by commercial use;
• to damage caused by improper care of handling or safekeeping, shock or fall, accident, abuse, misuse, theft, loss, sand, dust, dirt, damp or corrosion, fire, water, moisture, flood, earthquake or other external causes;
• to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by adidas (please note the maintenance and care procedures stated in the user manual or otherwise);
• to damage caused by repair and service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of adidas or an adidas authorized service provider;
• to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of adidas; or
• if any adidas identification number has been removed or defaced.
• to replaceable batteries used in the miCoach system or any of its devices or accessories.
