In addition to the general adidas Group Privacy policy, which can be found here, the following policy applies to shopadidas.ca: We will use the information we have gathered about you only to provide a convenient shopping experience for you in the adidas Online Store and to fill your orders, except in those cases where you have also registered to have one or more newsletters sent to you.

Personal Information

adidas Canada collects personal information when you open an account, submit orders or purchase merchandise from the Website, or otherwise provide information to participate in the services and offerings on the Website. On such occasions, the personal information collected by or on behalf of adidas may include, without limitation: your name, e-mail address, date of birth, billing address, shipping address, postal code, telephone number, mobile phone number, credit card information, debit card and related information, information concerning your interests, and other demographic information, as applicable. Protection of Visitors' Information

adidas Canada does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 for marketing purposes, because some information is collected electronically, it can appear to be the personal information of the adidas Canada purchaser of the product, and will be treated as such by this privacy policy. If a child under 14 submits personal information to adidas Canada and we learn that that personal information is the information of a child under 14, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
